「Xcode 5.1からclangの動作が変わったのが原因らしい。」とのこと・・・・。

ARCHFLAGS=-Wno-error=unused-command-line-argument-hard-error-in-future

を使うことで回避可能とのこと。
ありがとーーーー！！

つまり、

sudo ARCHFLAGS=-Wno-error=unused-command-line-argument-hard-error-in-future python setup.py install

とすれば良い。
